1. All Conference delegates are expected to fill the Registration Form after payment of registration fees.
2. Members and Non-Members that have made deposit at any of the designated banks MUST upload clearly scanned tellers while completing the form.
3. Those that made payment online would be required to enter the Transaction Reference while completing the form
4. Schools and other groups MUST upload the list of students (or Group members) in addition to the payment tellers while completing the registration form
