CALL FOR APPLICATION: FACILITY MANAGERS FOR NIGERIAN INSTITUTION OF ESTATE SURVEYORS AND VALUERS BUILDINGS
Dear Noble Colleagues,
The Institution is desirous of engaging interested Professionals and qualified member-firms to be appointed as Facility Managers for the Institution’s Buildings. This call is in alignment with our commitment to excellence and prudent Asset Management.
The Buildings which are variously located comprises of;
a) National Secretariat, No. 4 J.W Ekpenyong Street, Off Oladipo Diya Road, Gudu District, Abuja.
b) Liaison Office Plot A, Block 12, off CIPM Way, opposite Lagos State Secretariat Mosque, CBD, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.
c) No. 11, Engineering Close, Off Idowu Taylor Street, Victoria Island, Lagos
Eligibility Criteria:
All Interested firms must meet the following criteria:
1.) Registration/Financial Status:
a) Firms must be fully registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with evidence of annual return for the year ending 2024.
b) Firms and Individuals must be duly registered and be up to date with the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
c) Firms and Individuals must be duly registered and be up to date with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
2.) Professional/Compliance documentation requirements:
Interested Firms must have the following up to date document expiring 31st December, 2025.
a) Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate Valid till 31st December, 2025
b) Evidence of Registration with Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC/SCUML) would be an added advantage.
3.) Competence in Facility Management:
Firms must demonstrate the capacity to manage the listed properties.
4.) Mode of Application:
Eligible member-firms are required to submit an Expression of Interest addressed to:
The First Vice President, No. 4, JW Ekpenyong Street,
Off Oladipo Diya Road, Gudu District, Abuja,
along with Profile of the firm, CV of Head of Practice and that of Professional Staff to be engaged.
Submission Deadline:
All submission should be addressed to the First Vice President, NIESV National Secretariat, No. 4, JW Ekpenyong Street, Off Oladipo Diya Road, Gudu District, Abuja, (and not any of the NIESV Liaison Offices) on or before 5:00pm of 15th July, 2025. Submissions should be made in two (2) hard copies and a soft copy (flash drive) delivered physically.
