The event, which brought together regulators, professional bodies, and stakeholders across the construction value chain, was convened as a strategic response to ongoing consultations aimed at improving synergy, cohesion, and collective action within the sector.

The luncheon also served as a platform for stakeholders to deliberate on shared challenges, including project financing, professional overlaps, regulatory gaps, and the need for a unified voice in engaging government on policy matters.
As the construction industry remains a cornerstone of Nigeria’s infrastructural growth and economic recovery plans, events such as this luncheon are crucial in building trust, fostering mutual respect, and promoting coordinated leadership.
NIESV continues to demonstrate its readiness to collaborate, advocate, and lead conversations that promote integrity, professionalism, and sustainable development within the built environment.
