Stakeholders Discuss 2025 Real Estate Outlook
Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, Wemabod Limited hosted its 2025 edition of Real Estate Outlook, a dynamic programme which has established itself as the premier gathering of influential leaders in the real estate industry, real estate professionals, institutional investors and developers, asset managers and critical stakeholders for discussion and exchange of views on critical issues of fostering economic opportunities and advancing a strong economy for our nation through real estate development.
The former Governor of Lagos State and former Minister of Power, Works and Housing, His Excellency, Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola, CON, SAN delivered the Keynote address on the programme which focused on "Real Estate: A Catalyst for Nigeria's Economic Development."
President and Chairman of Council, ESV Victor Alonge, PNIVS, FRICS, FCIoD was a Panelist, alongside the Keynote Speaker, Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola, SAN, Barr. Kemi Olomola-Sijuwade, mni, Arch. Erejuwa Gbadebo, and the President, Housing Development Advocacy Group, Mr. Festus Adebayo, and he offered highly insightful contributions on navigating the complexities of housing development, housing provision and affordability, using the real estate to accelerate economic growth and development.
