BOT Members paid a Courtesy Visit to NIESV 27th President and Chairman of Council
The President and Chairman of Council of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, ESV (Mallam) Bature Ali Muhammad, PNIVS, FCAI, MIFMA, MIRWA, AIMC, AMIMN, pslc, has received members of the Institution’s Board of Trustees (BOT) ahead of the forthcoming National Days of Prayer and Council Meeting.
The BOT delegation was led by its Chairman, ESV (Prof.) Austin Otegbulu, who congratulated the President on his election as the 27th President and Chairman of Council of the Institution. He assured him of the Board’s unwavering support and cooperation throughout his tenure.
The Board members also expressed their confidence in his leadership and wished him a successful and impactful administration. Furthermore, they commiserated with the President and the entire membership of the Institution on the passing of the late First Vice-President, ESV (Dr.) Emmanuel Mark, FNIVS, FRICS, SR/WA, SIOR, describing his demise as a monumental loss to the Institution and the real estate profession.
Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Prof. Otegbulu emphasized the importance of unity, continuity, and collective commitment to advancing the objectives of the Institution.
Other members of the delegation included ESV(Chief) Ishaya Idi FNIVS, ESV (Elder) Julius Uhunamure FNIVS, and ESV (Dr.) Ade Oletubo FNIVS
In his welcome address, the President express his happiness in receiving them and further express his gratitude to God and assured them of his resolve to lead the Institution for the betterment of the profession and the unity of all members.
The visit underscores the Board’s commitment to fostering harmony, institutional stability, and support for the leadership of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers as it prepares for key national engagements.
